New Tracking solutions for AIRBUS !
Airbus Operations has trusted Immersion to equip a technical solution Tracking of brand ART (11 cameras ARTTRACK 5) and virtual reality head-mounted display allowing to visualize the simulation. This solution will be integrated in the Airbus room “Augmented Virtuality” composed of metal structure that can support the tracking cameras.
Immersion, founding member of a new community
On May 26th, under the aegis of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region, the Digital Aquitaine Cluster with the project initiatiors, Immersion, ESI and INRIA, launched a new community, the “interactive and digital simulation and virtual experience” community.

The MIC project (Microgesture Interaction in Context) is a research project co-funded by the ANR dedicated to micro-gestures for human-machine interaction. Immersion’s role is to take charge of the micro-gesture glove provided by the partners, enhance its capabilities, and use it in concrete use cases related to augmented and virtual reality.
