Missions
ViWAS aims to create a European academy dedicated to skills in virtual worlds and Web 4.0 in order to meet the growing demand for talent in the XR and immersive fields.
The ViWAS project aims to establish a European training ecosystem focused on virtual worlds. The partners are developing innovative training programs, co-designed with industry, while defining a common skills framework that promotes interoperability and the recognition of qualifications across Europe.
The goal is to support the emergence of a skilled workforce capable of driving the development of XR technologies and Web 4.0, while strengthening European competitiveness in these strategic sectors.
Immersion contributes to identifying market needs and designing training programs related to XR applications. The company also participates in the implementation of industrial use cases, particularly in the fields of immersive training and maintenance, as well as in activities aimed at structuring the European skills ecosystem.
