Missions

SYNERGIA aims to develop a new generation of smart immersive environments capable of adapting in real time to users’ cognitive and emotional states using generative artificial intelligence.

Current extended reality (XR) solutions are often limited by their lack of adaptability and their difficulty in meeting users’ specific needs in demanding contexts such as industry, training, or healthcare.

The SYNERGIA project aims to combine generative artificial intelligence, multimodal perception, and XR technologies to create virtual environments capable of dynamically adjusting their content and interactions. This approach will improve operator support, training processes, and immersive collaborative experiences.

The consortium will develop innovative technologies centered on Human Digital Twins, explainable AI, and distributed architectures, which will be evaluated through several industrial and healthcare pilot projects.

Immersion is participating as an XR technology partner and is leading the Work Package dedicated to communication and the dissemination of the project’s results. The company is also contributing to the commercialization of the innovations developed and their adoption by industrial and institutional stakeholders.
