Immersion participates into this urban planning\u00a0by putting virtual reality at the service of stakeholders and citizens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">OUR&nbsp;MISSIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Immersion has been selected to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>equip the&nbsp;\u00ab maison des projets \u00bb with collaborative and 3D immersive technologies, such as the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.immersion.fr\/en\/products-services\/solutions-3i\/diiice-by-immersion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Diiice<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>support the stakeholders of the project with the realization of a set of tools dedicated to the\u00a0BIM (Building Information Modeling) for the design, the management, the mediation and the communication about\u00a0the urban project\u00a0thanks to collaborative\u00a0solutions such as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.immersion.fr\/en\/meetiiim-the-new-multitouch-and-collaborative-workspace-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Meetiiim<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"BASTIDE NIEL PROJECT | Demonstration | 2016\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rNTxzirxm7U?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>To start this collaboration and to present the future neighborhood to the citizens, Immersion has developed an immersive system which makes them travel in their new neighborhood. In a hot air balloon and equipped with a virtual reality headset, the citizens\u00a0will fly over the 35 hectares of the future district.
