For our part, we had been keen to create a Shariiing users&#8217; club for several years, in order to gain a better understanding of needs and structure the relationship. We had to find the right time to do it, and ensure that the key success factors were in place<\/em>:<em> a large number of active users, a stable solution that evolves regularly, and a structured team,<\/em>&#8221; explains Matthieu L\u00e9pine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Shariiing Club aims to :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promote <strong>the sharing of best practices<\/strong> and<strong> concrete uses of Shariiing<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gather <strong>user feedbacks<\/strong> to define Shariiing&#8217;s future developments, and involve them in the solution&#8217;s development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Build loyalty and support<\/strong> users in deploying the solution internally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identify \u201cambassadors\u201d<\/strong> who are willing to support us and promote the solution<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;This club is above all designed for users by users. We have set up an initial, deliberately restricted circle to co-define its contours and respond to their concrete expectations,<\/em>&#8221; explains Matthieu L\u00e9pine.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the objectives of Shariiing Club and the benefits for solution users?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Juliette Vauchez explains the format and content: &#8220;<em>The current format is based on quarterly online meetings, with a pre-defined agenda.
